Service Description

In individual family constellations, various methods such as drawing, painting, or using objects to represent family members are utilized. I will facilitate this process, offering observations and guiding the client to explore patterns and relationships that may not have been previously recognized. This exploration often leads to insights into connections between the client and different family members, shedding light on intergenerational trauma and transgenerational patterns related to mental health and relationships.
