Terms & Conditions – Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

By booking a session or service through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Policy

Sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or message with all necessary details.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the space to someone else who may be in need.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance:
  You may reschedule your session.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments: unfortunately, these are non-refundable and non-reschedulable, as the time was reserved especially for you.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, in respect for the next client. Please do your best to arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session.

4. Refund Policy

All services are offered with deep presence and intention. However, due to the nature of energetic and therapeutic work, results may vary for each individual. No specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

• Refunds are only issued for cancelled sessions (with appropriate notice) or in the case of a technical error (e.g., duplicate payment).

• Completed sessions are non-refundable.
